Once or four times a year you export the operating data from your Airleader and send it to us. We analyse the development, document any abnormalities and discuss the most sensible measures with you.

The Problem
Temporarily changed – and not completely deferred.
Maintenance, repairs or changes in operation always require interventions on individual compressors. That is normal. It becomes critical if not all parameters and states fit the Airleader correctly again.

After completion of the work, individual settings, signals or releases remain unnoticed in the temporary state.

The Airleader regulates with an incorrect starting position. Unnecessary runtimes, idling and switching cycles can quickly cause thousands of dollars in energy and maintenance costs before anyone realizes the problem.

We compare pressure, combinations, runtimes, circuits and energy ratios with the previous periods.

You will receive an understandable report. Anomalies, causes and recommended measures we go through with you personally.
